In the end, Perseus
meets up with his
father, Zeus, but he
doesn't recognize him.

After revealing who
he is, Zeus asks
Perseus for an
evaluation of his quest.

Upon hearing of
everything Perseus
has accomplished,

Zeus states,
"I Have Made a Hero."

I Have Made a Hero...

Zeus:
I have made a hero
From a little boy.
I have made a hero.
And I’m overjoyed .
I have made a hero.
I’ve made him bright.
I don’t know how I ever did it- Only that I did it right.

Group:
You have made a hero
From a little boy.
You have made a hero.
And we’re overjoyed.
You have made a hero.
You’ve made him bright.
I don’t know how you ever did it- Only that you did it right.

Zeus:
Since I’ve built that hero
As I said yesterday.
The hero I’ve built is in a play.
What a fine young son
To take my place .
I’ll leave my son on Earth
To take on life’s race.

Group:
Since you’ve built that hero.
As you said yesterday.
The hero you’ve built is in a play. What a fine young son
To take your place.
You’ll leave the son on Earth
To take on life’s race

Perseus:
I’ve used some machines
To help people out
I’ve used some machines

Group:
When he used to pout.

Perseus:
I’ve made some machines.
They’ve made our day.
All I did was try to help them- Gee I’m under paid!

Everyone:
Can you see it through?
Can you build a mountain and a daydream?
Can you make them both come true?
